Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic, creative Style Advisors for its Greenwich location to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales. You will support shop operations, merchandising, and brand presentation in a dynamic retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adapting to a fast-paced environment while upholding company standards and policies. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service business; preferable in retail.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to take direction.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal).
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
