Equinox in Hawthorne, CA is seeking energetic Style Advisors to join The Shop team at our state-of-the-art location. You will deliver an unparalleled customer experience, learn the brand, and support attire and merchandising standards.

You will work with the Shop MOD on business strategy, achieve sales goals, maintain inventory and loss prevention, and help keep the shop clean and organized while representing the Equinox brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• The ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Honesty and personal integrity are essential.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply new techniques and ideas.
• Able to work a varied schedule based on retail needs.
