Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader and be a role model by providing a memorable brand experience for our customers. This position involves training team members to enhance their ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

  1. Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin data.
  2. Assist in ensuring effective space management techniques are utilized.
  3. Maintain the store graphics system, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  4. Ensure fixtures are always replenished.
  5. Evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques and identify opportunities for development.
  6. Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising following LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
  7. Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

  • Leadership and management experience in retail.
  • Experience in employee training.
  • Cash handling and sales auditing skills.
  • Experience with point of sale systems.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and merchandise maintenance.
  • Physical requirements include constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two hours. May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
