Join the LEGO Group as a Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) – Jordan Creek Town Center.

About the Role

As a part-time Team Leader, you will serve as a role model, providing a memorable brand experience for our customers. Your responsibilities include training team members to exceed standards in customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin data
  • Ensure effective space management and store visual merchandising, including maintaining store graphics and pricing
  • Replenish fixtures and evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques
  • Train sales associates in visual merchandising following LEGO guidelines
  • Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values
Qualifications & Skills
  • Leadership or management experience in retail
  • Experience in employee training, cash handling, inventory, and sales auditing
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and visual merchandising
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 lbs, and perform physical tasks as described
  • Availability to work up to 20 hours per week
