• Support Store Manager in daily operations and visual merchandising.

• Mentor trainees and foster growth through feedback.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain store condition and communicate improvements to management.
• Handle cash and adhere to standard operating procedures.
