This full-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.

Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs Ability to perform traffic counting duties that occur outside of the store Must have full availability and be able to work 40 hours per week

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $24.52 - $27.72 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
