Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail on Fifth Avenue in New York, NY is seeking a full-time Team Leader. You will supervise Sales Associates, support the SM/ASM, and ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge while maintaining stockroom organization and visual merchandising.

As a brand ambassador, you will train staff, lead by example, and help drive profitable sales. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a guest-centric in-store experience with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

  • Leadership or management experience in a retail store (2 years minimum)
  • Ability to train employees and deliver feedback
  • Experience with visual merchandising techniques
  • Capable of lifting at least 30 lbs and standing for long periods

  • Assist ASM/SM in managing holiday, attendance and team scheduling

Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:• Assists the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates• Ensures a well-organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelinesAre you ready to create the ultimate guest experience while inspiring the builders of tomorrow?Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader in Fifth Avenue, New York City, NY and be a role model as you provide a brand experience for our customers. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
