Job summary

LEGO Group Brand Retail is seeking a part-time Supervisor for Bridgeport Village in Tigard, OR to deliver brand experiences and train the team to meet high standards of service, knowledge and sales. You will guide visual merchandising, space planning and POS accuracy while fostering a safe, collaborative environment.

As a Team Leader, you will inspire the builders of tomorrow, coach associates, manage inventory and ensure fixtures are replenished.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.
• Enhance profitable sales by regular review of sales and margin information.
• Ensure space management techniques are used and store graphics system (pricing) maintained.
• Maintain fixtures and replenishment; evaluate competitor visual merchandising and develop opportunities.

This part-time Supervisor will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales. Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment

• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising

Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs. Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 30 hours, but 30 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $23.50 - $26.70 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
