Job summary

Windsor Fashions seeks an Assistant Manager in Peabody, MA to lead a fashion-forward team on the sales floor and in store operations, driving sales while maintaining Windsor's Visual Guidelines and an Omni-channel Oasis experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit and onboard talent, coach Stylists, and plan daily tasks to meet goals.

At least 1 year of retail management is required, along with flexibility to open and close the store.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts.
• Strong communication in group settings and one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and manage daily store operations.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talent; coach Stylists.
• Uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards.
