Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized and easy to shop. You will help customers, locate items, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You will stock shelves, rotate products, update signage, and maintain backroom organization while staying active in a fast-paced setting. The role includes handling inventory and assisting with various tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ for some roles).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized and easy to shop.
• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Maintain a welcoming environment across store areas.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Between handling inventory and working across departments, keep displays in good condition.
• Move between tasks and priorities throughout the shift.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, and handheld devices following safety guidelines.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 60 lbs as needed.
