Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You will also stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain backroom organization, contributing to a fast-paced, varied day. The role requires adaptability, basic math, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years for certain roles).
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate items and answer questions.
• Keep shelves stocked, displays updated, and pricing/signage current.
• Stock shelves and rotate products; maintain backroom organization.
