Job summary

WSS in Las Vegas is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the store management team, oversee daily operations, coach team members, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain stock and store policies. The Supervisor must act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Store Manager.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, managing cash handling, scheduling, and safety procedures, with a high school diploma and 3+ years of retail management experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 3+ years of retail management preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS and Time Keeping systems; ability to read financial reports.
• Proven track record in customer service and team development.

Responsibilities

• Coach and demonstrate store objectives with focus on customer service and proper pricing.
• Ensure proper pricing and displays throughout the store.
• Assist with increasing sales and delivering the sales plan.
• Delegate tasks to Team Members and provide follow up.
• Motivate Team Members to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to Team Members and customers.
• Lead on the sales floor and collaborate with management to identify opportunities.
• Oversee and lead the team to greet customers, build loyalty, and resolve issues.
• Handle customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and monitor stock and cash handling.
