Job summary

Whistle Workwear is hiring a Retail Store Supervisor in Puyallup, WA to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will supervise staff, open/close the store, assist customers, manage inventory, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.

We offer sick time and generous employee discounts, with a full-time schedule and compensation $18.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Demonstrated sales skills and experience.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Bi-Lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with requests in store and over the phone.
• Open and close the store.
• Direct workflow on the sales floor.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
• Complete customer transactions at the cash register including taking payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
