Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but hands-on achievements are valued.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
