JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Store Supervisor at Sunnyside Lancaster, PA will oversee daily dispensary operations, manage staff workflow, and handle customer escalations. This role embodies our mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis and requires leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing procedures, including inventory management.
• Train and onboard staff, providing coaching on sales techniques.
• Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage team workflow, assign responsibilities, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complex product or service issues.
• Investigate discrepancies in cash, POS, or inventory and report findings.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership or mentoring experience, cannabis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation
