Job summary

WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking a Store Representative for a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on merchandising products, stocking shelves, and delivering excellent in-store customer service.

You will work closely with store management and guests to ensure products are available and properly displayed. The position involves hands-on duties, with training from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM followed by an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist store guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product information and escort guests to product locations.
• Build strong working relationships with store management and employees.
• Communicate store issues to management as needed.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays using planograms and schematics.
• Rotate products and maintain organized backroom inventory.
• Break down pallets and load carts.
• Set up promotional materials, shelf tags, and signage.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Accurately record time worked and project completion.
• Follow safety procedures and store policies.
• Report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately.
• Complete required safety and training courses.
