Responsibilities

• Greet and assist store guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product information and escort guests to product locations.
• Build strong working relationships with store management and employees.
• Communicate store issues to management as needed.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays using planograms and schematics.
• Rotate products and maintain organized backroom inventory.
• Break down pallets and properly load carts.
• Set up promotional materials, shelf tags, and signage.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Accurately record time worked and project completion.
• Follow all safety procedures and store policies.
• Properly handle spills or damaged products.
• Report unsafe conditions or injuries immediately.
• Complete required safety and training courses.
