Base pay range

$17.25/hr - $17.75/hr

Your Role

By exhibiting exceptional teamwork, curiosity, and care, the Retail Store Sales Associate will assist their team in fulfilling Blick's commitment to customers, the Arts, and communities. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, product knowledge, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention, in line with company policies.

1. Consistently deliver superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and training to meet or exceed expectations.
2. Complete and utilize programs such as Blick Onboarding Training, Blick Sales Training, Preferred Customer Program, and Special Orders.
3. Display an energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions.
4. Assist in merchandise setup, knowledge of visual standards, and maintaining store presentation as directed by management.
5. Follow directions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
6. Report low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management.

General Requirements
