Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Construction, Store Planning, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of general construction, retail store planning, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven experience reviewing architectural and MEP drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and consultants in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Architectural & Engineering drawing reviews for new retail stores.
• Ensure compliance with retail construction specifications, MEP standards, and store layouts.
• Manage and oversee external consultants for plan reviews and site surveys.
• Interface with architects, engineers, landlords, developers, and internal construction teams.
