Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in managing construction projects, ideally in retail.
• Experience with nationally recognized general contractors or retail developers.
• Ability to review complex construction drawings and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial budgeting for proforma analysis.
• Prepare initial project schedules and budget updates.
