• Lead teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising/operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans/communications to associates based on Associate Insight survey results.
• Identify store opportunities with department heads to create timely solutions and action plans.
• Model and demand the highest level of customer service and address issues promptly.
• Manage total store operations in the store manager’s absence.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, wage and profit budgets; monitor safety and shrink.
• Collaborate with department managers to maximize sales and profits and reduce shrink.
