Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years experience in a retail work environment.
• At least two (2) years of management/supervisory experience.
• Flexible hourly schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, email and internet software.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach front-end employees for efficient and friendly service.
• Address personnel and performance issues with coaching and warnings.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and HR on progressive discipline when needed.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies and store procedures.
• Understand and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan and monthly P&L.
