Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field with junior standing.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
• Permanent US work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Provide entry to intermediate-level professional services under supervision by a lead associate.
• Participate in projects with potential to directly impact the business in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to projects developed to build professional skills aligned to department needs.
• Collaborate with associates to complete projects and daily tasks.
• Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from department team members.
• Offer suggestions to management to improve internal processes and procedures.
• Learn and become proficient in department software systems as needed.
• Engage in training programs, workshops, and webinars to acquire new knowledge.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support for inquiries and issues.
• Demonstrate Rural King's Values in daily work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
