Job summary

Qualified candidates are pursuing an undergraduate degree with a 3.2 GPA or higher, junior standing or above, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in related field that aligns with the department.
• College junior standing or higher at the time of internship.
• GPA of 3.2 or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry to intermediate-level professional services under supervision.
• Participate in projects with opportunity to impact the business and be part of a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to projects to develop professional skills for the department.
• Partner with associates to complete projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from department team members.
• Provide feedback to management to improve processes.
• Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
• Participate in training programs, workshops, and webinars to acquire new knowledge.
• Provide friendly, proactive internal and external support to inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
