Job summary

Runnings is opening a brand-new Watford City, ND store and seeks a Store Manager to build the operation from the ground up, develop a strong team, and foster a customer-focused culture.

You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, recruit and develop talent, manage safety and loss prevention, and collaborate with buyers to meet product needs and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or hospitality management in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lead, coach, and build strong relationships with team members and peers.
• Motivate and guide a diverse team toward shared goals.
• Sound judgment and the ability to use data to drive decisions and results.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
