Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Springfield, IL seeks a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of the store, driving performance and team success. You’ll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

From managing inventory to rolling out new products and services, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, making things happen day in and day out. You will train and empower your team, exceed sales goals, and collaborate with the District Manager on launches.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
