Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff to meet company standards in service, image and marketing.
• Ensure timely and accurate communications to all employees.
• Organize files and manuals; supervise reports and merchandising.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; oversee P&L and margins.
• Safeguard money and manage cash handling and reporting.
