Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and train staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to promote profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed.
• Maintain customer service standards and assist during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold all company policies and internal controls.
