Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for store operations.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM-related duties.
• Ability to analyze reports, inventory control and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and manage site cleanliness, stocking and merchandising.
• Maintain professional image and oversee site operations.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and Market Manager.
• Organize files, oversee reports and ensure accurate posting and pricing.
