Job summary

Princess Polly Retail Stores in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Manager for our Grove pop-up store to lead a high-energy, customer-focused team. You will drive sales, manage stock and ensure brand standards across all interactions.

You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and execute in-store campaigns with regional and HQ support. The role blends entrepreneurial leadership with hands-on operations in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create an unforgettable customer experience in a high-volume store.
• Drive store performance and KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT) with a first-class team.
• Build, coach and inspire a team to live and breathe the brand.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and sell-through to maximize availability.
• Deliver visual merchandising and presentation standards that are on-brand and inspiring.
• Manage recruiting, payroll control and scheduling to balance experience and performance.
• Ensure compliance, reporting, cash handling and loss prevention are in place.
• Partner with Retail Leadership and HQ to bring campaigns to life in store.
• Celebrate wins and foster a positive, energetic shift culture.

Our Store Manager is an inspiring and nimble leader who is passionate about creating memorable customer and team experiences. They produce outstanding business results and inspire a team of high performers. As a Store Manager, you will make sure your store runs smoothly every day, from peak seasons to adapting operations as a new store in our fleet. You will work closely with our Regional Manager and retail support teams across the business.

What you'll do

• Lead from the front, creating a customer experience that is unforgettable and uniquely Princess Polly
• Drive the performance of a high volume, high energy store, delivering on key KPIs including conversion, ATV and UPT
• Build, coach and inspire a team who live and breathe Polly, lifting capability and confidence every day
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and sell-through to maximise availability and keep the store shoppable at all times
• Deliver visual merchandising and presentation standards that are iconic, on brand and always inspiring
• Manage recruiting, payroll control and scheduling to balance customer experience with business performance
• Ensure compliance, reporting, cash handling and loss prevention are executed with precision and accountability
• Partner with Retail Leadership and HQ teams to bring campaigns and activations to life in store
• Celebrate the wins, fuel the vibe and make every shift one the team wants to be part of

Who You Are

• An experienced retail leader with proven success managing a high volume or focal store
• Customer obsessed with a natural instinct for creating unforgettable in-store moments that connect with our community
• Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering results and managing costs while keeping the customer experience front and centre
• You have strong visual merchandising capability with a solid understanding of VM principles and how to bring campaigns and product stories to life in store
• A coach and motivator who develops talent, builds capability and inspires high performance across your team
• Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs
• Hands on, resilient and full of energy, you thrive in fast paced environments and lead from the front

Compensation Range

• $72,000 - $95,000
