Princess Polly Online Pty Ltd in New York's SoHo is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy retail store, driving sales and delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You will guide a passionate team, optimize operations, and ensure standout visual merchandising that aligns with the brand.

As a strong leader, you will recruit, coach and motivate staff, manage stock and payroll, uphold compliance, and partner with HQ to execute campaigns while maintaining an inclusive, energetic culture.

• Partner with Retail Leadership and HQ teams to bring campaigns and activations to life in store

• Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs
• Hands on, resilient and full of energy, you thrive in fast paced environments and lead from the front

Compensation Range

• $95,000-$105,000
