Job Summary

The Salon Director leads a team to deliver an exceptional client experience, managing daily operations, staffing, client satisfaction, and safety. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, managing safety, and modeling company principles.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and coaching employees
• Handling client concerns
• Leading by example during high volume periods
• Driving performance metrics and implementing company programs
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and safety
