Job summary

Goodwill-Suncoast is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Ruskin to oversee all aspects of store operations, driving productivity, sales and profitability. The role includes managing customer service, store image, merchandising, processing, loss prevention and cost controls, while staffing, supervising and coaching the team.

Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management functions of retail store operation, including the management of all day-to-day operations to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability. Manages customer service, store image, merchandise presentation, processing functions, loss control and prevention, and cost control goals in attainment of the agency’s objectives.
