Goodwill Manasota, Inc. in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and training while upholding Goodwill’s mission and core values.

You will assist the Store Manager, manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, and loss prevention, with a focus on creating a safe, organized environment and delivering exceptional experiences for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience in a business (retail) setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and supervising team members.

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you’ll support the daily operations of a Goodwill retail location while helping create a positive and inclusive environment for both team members and customers.
