WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Working inside a retail store environment
  • High level of comfort with personal technology
• Technical skills: Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Abilities: Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.
• Schedule: Flexibility to support store hours as needed and travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Management experience: 1+ years
• Telecommunications/wireless experience: 1-3 years

The base pay for this position generally ranges from $52,500.00 to $87,000.00. The actual offer will consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Some positions are also eligible for incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Additionally, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $12,100.
