Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Be a role model by motivating and engaging the team to promote brand values.
• Own all sales and profit results, managing P&L including payroll, expenses, and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate role‑model behaviours.
• Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and community partners.
• Create a supportive, productive, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure policies, operational standards and procedures (safety, health, stock management) are communicated, understood, and implemented.
• Identify innovative methods to boost customer loyalty and enhance local brand presence.
• Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt stock placement and smooth store operations.
• Manage change within the store, engaging the team to adopt new ways of working.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience in a management role in a fast‑paced, client‑focused retail environment.
• Commercial approach with proven sales background and experience setting and delivering store KPIs.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Budget management experience, including payroll and expenses.
• Exceptional customer service and team management skills with a track record of developing others.
• Awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
