You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, recruit talent, and drive profitability while ensuring asset protection and customer satisfaction. Expect 45+ hour weeks and a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Store Manager leads daily operations and staff development.
• Retail/sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets.
• Ensure asset protection and manage loans.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and reporting.
• Drive profitability via communication and goals.
• Maintain compliance with FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete assigned tasks and training as requested.
• Communicate store mission and profit objectives.
• Stay updated on product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
