Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a frontline team in a busy Ohio retail location. You will drive daily performance, coach staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while managing inventory, merchandising, and store operations.

You will mentor employees, optimize visual displays, monitor stock, and implement sales initiatives to achieve targets. The role requires flexibility for weekends/evenings and a focus on a safe, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet brand standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restocking, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
