Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure brand standards through visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, restocking and floor organisation to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and systems.
• Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Address operational challenges and customer concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
