Circle K in Longmont, Colorado is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top customer service. You will train employees, manage scheduling, and uphold company standards for safety, merchandising, and reporting.

The role requires retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and management. On-site position with responsibilities for inventory, cash control and community image.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions described for CSR/ASM.
• Computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English in writing and speaking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Implement fair management practices during hiring, training, counseling and separation.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site standards and safety procedures.
• Establish timely communications with all site employees and Market Manager.
• Organize site files and ensure reports are completed accurately.
