Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager for our Illinois location. You will lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service from greeting through checkout.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and merchandising, while managing deposits and banking tasks. You will foster community partnerships and ensure store standards are maintained in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets.
• Create and publish weekly store schedules.
• Manage daily deposits and bank runs.
• Maintain proper staffing levels based on business needs.
• Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives.
