Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to foster teamwork.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Aufgaben

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet high Skechers standards.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; lift up to 50 lbs.
