Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

• Operations Management: Manage scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store systems; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding goals.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
