Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, opening/closing, and processes; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth through performance strategies and setting expectations.
• Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
