Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the management team in all operations, lead a team, manage inventory, and maximize store profitability. You will mentor staff, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure top-notch customer service in a busy environment.

Starting wage is $20.30 per hour with a range to $21.54. Skechers offers competitive pay, employee discounts, and growth opportunities within the global network during interviews.

Formación

• Retail or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
