Job summary

Family Dollar in Rushville, NE is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, safeguard assets, and build community relationships while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
