Baseball Lifestyle 101 is seeking a qualified Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Grapevine, TX store. You will oversee staffing, inventory, scheduling, and budgeting while driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze sales data and plan accordingly.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing relationships.
• Experience with cash handling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date product inventory sheets and pick lists.
• Maintain backstock in a neat, clean and organized manner.
• Interview, select candidates, and oversee a team of retail associates.
• Create and maintaining the schedule for all retail associates.
• Delegate responsibilities to retail associates.
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
• Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
• Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays.
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
• Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
• Ensure the store fulfills all safety guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
