Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Ollie’s Retail location in Ohio. You will build and guide a team passionate about merchandising and delivering outstanding customer experiences, while managing store finances, payroll budgets, and operations.

The role emphasizes coaching and development of associates, execution of merchandising strategies, and maintaining store security and standards to drive top results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors in delivering exceptional Associate and Customer experiences; ensures standards are met in every interaction.
• Executes on merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals and expectations.
• Acts as a talent grower by coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates to meet business needs.
• Maintains proper security of the store location and assets.
