Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing store team in the Xfinity retail environment. Blufox Mobile is the largest branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services, with a focus on mobile, internet, home security, and entertainment offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives to maximize store sales.
• Position products, analyze accounts, and run promotions.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales staff; monitor KPIs and NPS.
• Implement sales incentives and coordinate with operations.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling per policies.
• Ensure excellent customer service at every contact.
• Collaborate on channel training and development.
