You will balance sales performance, talent development, and operations to maximize profitability while building a high-performing retail team for a rapidly expanding telecom retailer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience is required.
• 5+ years of district/area/multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations, drive sales goals, and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district.
• Develop store leadership teams and succession plans.
• Drive district revenue growth and operational excellence across stores.
• Monitor metrics like revenue, conversions, NPS, and profitability.
